Entry Level Business Solution Manager

Job Summary

The Entry Level Business Solution Manager will be responsible for mastering all company work processes, thoroughly understanding all functionality of our ERP, and integrating both to improve efficiency, maximize productivity, and reduce costs. This individual will work with all parts of the organization to map work processes, gather requirements, refine, and implement process changes and maximize ERP functionality. The company understands the valve and benefits of continuous improvement and the BPA will champion the culture throughout the organization in every work process.

Position Responsibilities

• Analyze and map existing business processes with input from both management, operations, admin, and sales

• Test work processes against our ERP’s standard design and coordinate adjustments and improvements

• Train personnel on all business processes, work procedures, and ERP functions, tasks, etc.

• Identify system enhancements that will improve business processes and support future business needs

• Work to deliver different levels of business processes; including cross functional flow charts and detailed work instructions

• Proactively identify opportunities within existing processes to increase efficiency, protect and grow revenue and improve customer experience

• Work with senior management where required to make business impacting decisions

• Update process documents were required to reflect changes within the business

• Act as a subject matter expert on business processes and CRM system operation

• Maintain documentation supporting our API Spec Q1, ISO 9001:2008, and ISO TS 29001 management systems

• Lead integration plans and implementation for all future acquisitions

• Co-locate as needed at newly acquired companies until our work procedures have been implemented

• Assist in evaluating staffing and cost estimates and reflect labor standards, trends, and opportunities in labor budgets. Perform labor cost analysis and cost reports.

• Be comfortable under pressure as well as experienced in presenting complex subjects to senior executives

Qualification Preferences

• BS degree or equivalent years of experience in Business Process, Systems Development, Project Management, or related field. 3+ years’ experience

• Strong background in process documentation at all levels (from high level cross functional flow charts to detailed written policies and procedures)

• Experience in internal audit / process testing

• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the business, managing them to complete deliverables to required timeframes

• Strong ability to understand business goals and requirements and translate them into operating processes and procedures

• Understand the balance of providing valuable guidance and consistency through process, without restricting ability to move quickly, think outside the box and operate with flexibility

• Appreciates the importance of revenue achievement, margin control and ROI

• Experienced in managing competing priories and tight deadlines
