Company Expands and Strengthens its Field Service Team and Capabilities
Expertise in High Pressure Gas Actuation added to Pillars of Excellence

HOUSTON - February 21, 2019

The recent reorganization of our field service capabilities into product specialized Pillars of Excellence has been very well received by our customers who want product experts that can assess situations and provide solutions to valve and actuator problems. We recently organized our field service around industries served with Product Line Managers known for their technical expertise, exceptional customer service, and broad, remarkable know-how within their respective Product Line responsibilities; Chuck Lee (Pipeline & Terminals), Deramus Joe (Power Generation), and Steve Gaskey (Chemical Plants & Refining).

We are continuing to expand our product expertise and service areas and are pleased to announce that Charles Hagler has joined our team as National Sales & Service Representative. Mr. Hagler has over 40 years of experience in natural gas pipeline operations and actuation, and he brings unmatched expertise in high pressure gas actuators.

After working for Transco Gas Pipeline for 22 years, Mr. Hagler joined EIM and designed numerous actuator controls to improve operations. Charles then opened his own machining business and continued to service and support gas pipeline operators with his knowledge and solutions. Mr. Hagler will lead projects, trouble-shooting, and solutions for a variety of high pressure gas actuators, gas-over-oil actuators, modifications, pressure drop controls, gas de-odorizers, and preventative maintenance and will work directly with customers and with Great Western Valve’s extensive field service resources. “I joined Great Western Valve because it has a stellar reputation for quality and customer service from both its field service teams and service centers”, said Charles Hagler. “Combing my solutions with their resources, allows me to support more customers, in more areas, with timely and effective solutions”.

The company currently operates from eight locations throughout Texas and one in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. All locations provide both shop repairs and field service for chemical plants, refineries, pipelines, terminals, gas plants, electric power generators, and other industries. "I am delighted Charles has joined our team to add his expertise and leverage our resources”, said Jim Reilly, Great Western Valve President & CEO. “The company will continue to expand to meet customer demands”.
